Paypal Account Limited

I had my card attached to my account and all and still they limited my account.

Actually,I was surfing on net the other day while some proxy was on, I didn,t notice and login at paypal and the next day I found out that paypal has limited my paypal account stating, somebody else is trying to get in and it is for the safety of my account.
I want to ask you guys, if I will give them all the papers they want, willl they unlimit my account again or not?

Yes, they do unlimit the account, once they get your resident proof and all, it happened to my friend as well and they put off the limitations once they got the papers.
