can i make 2 accounts at paypal at the same ip?
if i will not use my first account and only use the new one..
is it allowed?

Yes I have friends who have two accounts and they are using them for a long time now without any objection from paypal.
I think more than the Ip it is a question of the name of the owner of the account.

Why don't you ask the paypal support rather than calculationg with our lame help

no yar donnt do that

if u have two acc and if u login in two acc one after the other then u r both acc will be limited

i say this from my past experiences

yes, moneyguru is right, they limit your account and demand almost impossible proofs to give, like instead of ID they will require Utility Bill, which is rare to have at our age.
when your account is limited you can't send money. only accept payment, whuch is of no use to you, and they only eat that later dividing amongst themselves.
So don't do that, whatever they are asking for just give then the documents, and tell them to shutp now.
