which one should I learn?

I want to learn a coding program, but I don't know which program to
learn....any ideas? I basically want to learn coding because there is
this program call BrainStorm USA and you have to write a essay telling
them what you want to do in the future and show your work, I wanted to
do coding because it'll get me into a good college. The prize for
winning is 5,000 check or a computer. So anyone know a coding program I
could learn? Java, C#, PHP, ect....

How about Java or C/C++
And yeah, Notepad++ is great for coding.
