Every member can be subscriber and sectional moderator and get all the benefits of being a subscribed member.
You have to pay 3$ to get subscribed and add to the subscriber group (yellow group )

Subscribers would have to only give 1$ to be a sectional moderator (Green Group )
FOR THAT THEY HAVE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FORUM BY DONATING 1$ IN the
Contribution Box At the footer of Home page.

To become a Sectional Moderator from the Scratch : Contact global moderators(me) or mail to Admin.
