How may i advertise my forum on google, for free?

I made a forum and did a lot of work on it,spent a lot of time
But as no one registered except myself 7 times
It went offline
i want to make one now, I gave a TLD now
Any suggestions ?

Do as I am doing.
Put these link backs on your homapage and that's all.
But add your URL manually to major search engines
like: google,msn,yahoo and all.

use a proxy and 3 different browsers and set them on different ips
Browsers: firefox, IE, opera
these three are different from each other
then put your page on pagereboot and set different time: 2sec, 3sec and 5sec respectively and get 0.3 million pageviews daily
google will itself advertize for you after knowing your popularity
