Go to itshidden.com
Register an account, register for the FREE one
Make sure its the Free Account
Once your registered and verified through email.
Go to your network and sharing center > Set up a connection or
network
Select Connect to a workplace (At the bottom of the list)
Use your internet connection.
Enter:
itshidden.com in the first box
vpn.itshidden.com in the second box.
Then enter the Username and Password you used to register.
Add a shortcut to your desktop for easy access.
and there you go. Instant Dutch/Russian proxy/VPN
